Adhkaar (Supplications) after Faradh (Obligatory) Prayer

After completing the Faradh (obligatory) prayer, it is recommended to engage in various Adhkaar (supplications) as acts of remembrance and seeking blessings. Here are a few common Adhkaar that can be recited after Faradh prayer:

1.   Istighfar (Seeking Forgiveness): Recite Astaghfirullah (I seek forgiveness from Allah) three times or more. It is a way to seek Allah's forgiveness for any shortcomings or mistakes made during prayer or in general.

2. Tasbih (SubhanAllah): Recite SubhanAllah (Glory be to Allah) thirty-three times. This act of remembrance glorifies Allah and acknowledges His greatness.

3.  Tahmid (Alhamdulillah): Recite Alhamdulillah (All praise is due to Allah) thirty-three times. This expression of gratitude acknowledges that all praise and thanks belong to Allah alone.

4.  Takbir (Allahu Akbar): Recite Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest) thirty-three times. This phrase affirms Allah's supremacy and greatness.

5.  Salawat (Sending Blessings upon the Prophet): Recite Durood Sharif (blessings upon the Prophet Muhammad) such as Allahumma salli ala Muhammadin wa ala ali Muhammad (O Allah, send peace and blessings upon Muhammad and his family) at least once. Sending blessings upon the Prophet is a way to show love and respect for him.

These are just a few examples of Adhkaar that can be recited after Faradh prayer. It is also good to take a moment for personal supplications, seeking guidance, asking for forgiveness, and making specific dua (prayers) for oneself, loved ones, and the broader community.
